This was an email inbox read. It’s free on KU and short. It stops at 30% in and then there are other stories behind it by this author. I will say I’m not a fan of reading books that end at that point on my kindle. I didn’t read the other stories.
This one was your typical young girl with older man story. While there is some that happens at the 18 year moment, most takes place 4 years later so the female is not THAT young. These stories aren’t normally my reads, but I thought I’d give this one a go.
This is borderline a taboo read. It’s young girl, older man, and so many crazy things that you have to read it to just enjoy the trope. I am giving this a 3.5 because there were a LOT of errors, I think I counted 20….and that was with skimming the story. It will be rounded to a 4 because I round-up, not down in my reviews, but there you have it in a nutshell. Below is my review, I did it a bit different, because it was such a short story.

Gemma is best friends with Lila. She is a young girl but knows what she wants. That happens to be Lila’s Dad. When she’s 18, she makes a choice that the only man she will ever want will be Mr. Porter. What happens when they both give in to their desires and demands…fireworks.
Lila and Gemma are great in this story. They have a best friend/sister dynamic that I enjoyed in this story. As it turns out Lila has some surprises of her own as this short story progresses.
Overall it was a quick smutty read of loving an older man. It was cute, but there were several errors that detracted from the reading. I had several spots I had to read over to understand.
