When you read Alexa Riley, you know what you are getting. Honestly, I read these if I just want a quick, insta-love story, that doesn’t get too deep. If you want a story that is deep, then this one isn’t for you. This is a cute, light-hearted, and fun read to just escape for about 30 minutes. I snag these on KU when I need it.
This post will be short today, since the book itself is fairly short. Holly and Vance met in a sweet way. They had that insta attraction we’ve grown to love that AR creates. When Vance disappears suddenly, Holly tries to pick up the pieces of her life, but is just sad and wants to find a new happiness. Only fate has another plan for her.

Alexa Riley brings the Christmas feels again. We get two love stories in this short action packed story. This story is definitely in the same line with all the Alexa Riley tales. I read them just to enjoy them and not for a full length novel. If you are just looking for a cute fluffy Christmas tale, then snag this book.
Holly is young and after having the love of her life taken from her she is just sad. She doesn’t know where to go, but knows she wants happiness. Of course the only person to provide that is Vance.
Vance left abruptly from Holly’s life. He didn’t want to but fate is a fickle fiend and took him from her. He comes back and is there to stay, only Holly left. Vance is your bull in a China shop looking for her and falling in love with her all over again.
There is a secondary story with Neil and Ariel which is cute. I’m happy they closed that loop.
This is a fantasy story! I think if you go in with just that mindset to enjoy the marshmallowy love, then you will have fun with the read.
