Addison is back with the club girls! This is book seven in this series. I remember I found Addison Jane this year. My friend shoved the book at me and said “here you HAVE to read this.” Well seven books later, I’m a huge fan. If you haven’t met Addison, you need to add her to your TBR list today.
One thing I like about Addison is she dares to tackle the tough subjects and she blows them out of the park. This girl hits you right in the feels with tough topics. She tackles them head on, and gives you an emotional read leaving you wanting more.
Skylar has a past that she doesn’t like to think or talk about. She prefers to focus on the positives in life and what makes her happy. I was in awe of her character. Addison has this knack for writing these females that are strong and overcome. They don’t need a man, but want someone to travel the road with.
Eagle doesn’t want a woman, doesn’t need one. He is broken beyond compare and refuses to bring anyone down into his hell. When he’s stuck riding with Skylar, it opens up a whole new mess of feelings. He’s not sure which way to go or what to do. All he knows is that he has to fight the demons that threaten to consume him and plan to take on Skylar’s demons too.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This series just gets more fantastic as it goes along. Skylar is a story that will have you feeling a gambit of emotions for both Eagle and Skylar. The two of them overcome and grow in this story.
I loved how nothing and everything changed for them. Skylar fought for her HEA, she  was making it one of her own. When she hopped on the back of Eagle’s bike, she didn’t realize that it would change her HEA forever. She will have the fight she never expected to overcome a past that was buried deep down inside.
Eagle survives, that is all he does, and all he knows how to do. When his survival means everything, he will have to battle the demons that tackle him and bind him in purgatory. His whole perception changes when Skylar climbs on the back of his bike.
I don’t want to spoil, but this is a MUST read book. Addison covers PTSD and demons in a way that I have yet to read. She combats these deep dark plagues of the characters and makes them real.
I also LOVE how she ended this. I think anything else would have been fake and not realistic for the passion she poured into the characters. How they fight and rise above will leave you wanting to read this story again and again.
