You know me, an Alexa Riley fan, so I had to read this third installment in the Mail-Order Bride series. This was by far my favorite out of this series. Alexa Riley just knows how to give it to you and pack all the goodness in a short novella.
You know the drill when I get short stories like this. The reviews aren’t long and there is not a lot of ground to cover. All you need to know on my thoughts, are after reading the dark story, this hit the right spot to give me warm happy feels.

Willow is trying to get away. She somehow finds herself agreeing to a contract. Little does she know, it will change her life for the better. She is everything you would expect from a character by this author and I loved her. The soft to Dane’s hard and genuine to round out his gruffness.
Dane just wants people to leave him alone. He wants to be married on paper but not in life. All that changes when he sees Willow. He suddenly becomes the man he wants her to want. He consumes her and owns her. When his happiness is threatened to be taken away, he will pull out all the stops to protect her.
As always you will have the opening, mushy love, and conclusion that you will adore. I love that about AR, they always know how to tie up a short story in a great way.
